CrimeNet in LazyTown - Chapter 10
Sean had closed his eyes for what he thought was only a few moments, but as he blinked his eyes, he realized that it was dark out… probably after midnight. He looked next to him, his eyes meeting Glanni’s grey-blue ones. The Fae was still weakened, but awake and slightly sitting up, looking much better and no longer as pale as he had been. Sean couldn’t say anything, he just gently pulled Glanni into him, hugging him close. Glanni wrapped his arms around him in return, hoping this wasn’t some crazy dream.
“I’m so glad you’re okay.” Sean finally said after a few moments, pulling away.
“I don’t remember much… I mean, I remember what happened with RoboCrook, then collapsing after the ward fading, you singing to me… that’s about it.”
“Speaking of, how’s your side looking?” Gently, Sean lifted Glanni’s shirt a bit, checking out the wound. It still looked rough, but nowhere near as bad as it did. “Still needs to heal. Which means you need more rest. Are you in pain?”
“No, not really. I mean, there’s a little twinge here and there, but nothing like it was.”
“I’ll see if I can find something for that. Just lay back down and rest.” He got up, heading to the doorway of the room.
“Sean…”
Sean stopped, turning to look at Glanni. “Hmmm?”
“Did you mean it?”
Confusion crossed his face at the question.
“When you said you loved me, did you mean it?”
Oh… so Glanni had heard that.
“Yeah, I did.” he nodded. “I love you, Glanni. I’ve only felt this way since we met.”
Glanni blushed. “I’m glad to know I’m not the only one.”
The two shared an awkward moment of silence before Sean walked back over from the doorway. He sat on the edge of the bed and pulled Glanni into a kiss.
The Fae was visibly surprised at first, but relaxed in the kiss, happily. When they finally broke the kiss, Glanni couldn’t stop blushing.
“Wow…”
“Good wow or bad wow?”
“Good… definitely good. You’ve got the softest lips of anyone I’ve ever kissed.”
“Likewise.” Sean replied, smiling. “Now… what was I doing?”
“Finding me something for this lingering pain.”
“Oh, yeah. Be right back.”
